Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism:-

An online grievance redressal system is a digital platform designed to address complaints, feedback, and grievances from individuals or entities regarding various issues. It serves as a structured mechanism for people to voice their concerns and seek resolution through an organized process.

Objectives

The Online Grievance Redressal Mechanism of the College has been started with following end objectives-

To develop an organizational framework to resolve grievances of the students and Staff
To provide a transparent system of handling the grievances
To ensure effective solution to the grievances
To investigate the reason of dissatisfaction
To obtain where possible a speedy resolution to the problem
To ensure that all student-related issues/ problems are visible to management
